Why is my flag not appearing?

Common reasons why a flag may not load correctly and how to fix the issue quickly.

1. Browser Cache Issues

Your browser may be showing an outdated cached version of the page.
This can prevent new flags from loading correctly.

Try the following:
• Refresh the page
• Use Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac)
• Clear your browser cache

In most cases, this fixes the issue instantly.

2. Unsupported or Incorrect Country Code

ESC Card Generator uses standardized country codes to load flags.
If the code is incorrect or not supported, the flag will not appear.

Make sure you selected a valid Eurovision country from the dropdown menu.

3. Network Restrictions

Some networks block external image sources, especially in schools or workplaces.
This can prevent flags from loading properly.

Try switching to:
• Mobile data
• A different Wi‑Fi network
• A VPN (if allowed in your region)

4. CDN Delays

Flags are delivered through a global CDN.
Occasionally, the CDN may take a few seconds to load the image.

Waiting a moment or refreshing the page usually resolves the delay.
