1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ESC Card Generator (“the service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the website and its features.
2. Eligibility
The website can be browsed by everyone, but it is a general-audience fan site and is not directed at children under 13. To create an account, you must be at least 14 years old (the age of digital consent in Spain, where the website is run), or older if the law of your country sets a higher minimum age for using online services without a parent’s consent (in some European Union countries it is up to 16). If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we will delete it. Predictions are only for adults (see Points and predictions). By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. User Accounts
Users may create accounts to access additional features such as voting, points, daily rewards, profile customization, and edition interaction tools. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Email Usage and Permissions
By creating an account, you grant ESC Card Generator permission to store and use your email address for essential service-related purposes, including:
- Account recovery: We may send password reset emails if you forget your login credentials.
- Security notifications: We may contact you if we detect unusual activity or if your account requires verification.
- Your predictions: if a prediction of yours is cancelled and refunded (for example because an entry withdrew), we tell you by e-mail. Results of predictions are e-mailed only if you switched on e-mail news.
- Non-commercial service updates: We may send important messages about changes to the website that directly affect your account, such as updates to voting systems, profile features, login methods, or data policies.
Your email will never be used for advertising, marketing, or commercial promotions, and will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any activity that:
- Attempts to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access.
- Interferes with the normal functioning of the website.
- Harasses, abuses, or threatens other users.
- Uses automated tools to manipulate votes, points, or rewards.
- Uploads harmful scripts, malware, or exploits.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Fan‑Made Content Disclaimer
ESC Card Generator is an independent fan-made project. All generated cards, graphics, scores, simulations, and edition data are unofficial and intended solely for entertainment. They must not be presented as official Eurovision material.
7. Generated Content
Users may generate cards, results, and visual elements using the platform. You retain rights to the content you create, but you grant ESC Card Generator permission to store and display it within the service (e.g., voting results, community interactions).
Generated content must not violate copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property laws.
8. Points, Rewards, Predictions and Voting
The points system, daily rewards, achievements, predictions and voting features are provided for entertainment only. Points are a virtual score of the website, not a currency:
- Points can never be bought with money or anything of value. They are only earned by taking part in the website for free.
- Points can never be sold, cashed out, transferred to another user or account, or exchanged for money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, prizes, physical goods or any other benefit outside the website.
- Offering, buying or selling points or accounts with points, inside or outside the website, is forbidden and leads to the account being closed.
- Points can only be used inside the website (for example, a seat on a simulation jury, a personal scoreboard or a prediction).
Predictions let adult users forecast the winner of a contest with their points, with a multiplier fixed when they confirm. They are a free community game to forecast results together and are not gambling: no money or item of economic value is ever risked or won, and points never pass from one user to another (points used are removed and rewards are new points created by the website). We reserve the right to modify or reset points, rewards, or voting systems if necessary for maintenance, fairness, or security.
9. Data Storage and Privacy
We store only the minimum data required for account functionality, including username, email, hashed password, avatar, points, votes, and technical logs. Sensitive personal data (real names, addresses, payment information) is not collected.

10. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time. When deleted, all personal data (email, username, avatar, points, votes, wheel progress) is permanently removed from our database.
10b. Games stored on your device
The Festival Tycoon game saves your progress only in your own browser (local storage). We never receive it, so we can’t recover it if you clear your browser data or change device; use the game’s export option to keep a copy.
10c. International use
ESC Card Generator is open to fans in every country. You are responsible for following the laws of the place where you use it. If a feature (for example predictions) is not allowed where you live, don’t use it. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights that the consumer law of your country of residence gives you.
11. Service Availability
ESC Card Generator is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or immunity from security vulnerabilities.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESC Card Generator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the website or inability to use the service.
13. External Links
The website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external websites.
The website shows advertising served by Google AdSense to cover its costs (see the Privacy policy and Cookie notice). Ads are provided by third parties; we don’t endorse the products advertised. Clicking ads artificially, or asking others to do so, is not allowed.
14. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
