Biography

Beatmosphere is a pioneering vocal and musical performance collective from Bangladesh, originally formed in 2009. The group is widely recognized across the South Asian scene for its innovative approach, which centers on a cappella, beatboxing, and theatrical performance arts. Their work stands out for eschewing traditional musical instruments and electronic backing tracks, relying instead entirely on the human voice and body percussion to create their sound, polyphony, and rhythm.

Lineup and Performance Style:
Although the group comprises up to nine members, its official lineup for international competitions and performances consists of six key members:
Ishtiyak Zobayer and Sayed Ahnaf Tahmid (lead vocals and harmonies);
Sidratul Mursalin Bhasha and Mahi Bin Ashraful (harmonies);
Moktadir Dewan (vocal bass, baritone, and harmony);
and Mahi Hossain Khan (beatbox and vocal percussion).

Their performances blend comedy, storytelling, stage movement, and audience interaction, moving away from the structure of a conventional vocal band to deliver immersive, theatrical shows.

National Selection: Voice of Bangladesh 2026:
On September 30, 2026, the Bangladeshi broadcaster NTV aired the grand final of Voice of Bangladesh, the official selection process organized to determine the country's first representative for the Asian contest.

Competing against nine other acts, Beatmosphere emerged victorious with their original Bengali song, "Tumi Ele" (তুমি এলে). The win was secured through a weighted voting system: 40% from the professional jury, 40% from the Bangladeshi public vote, and 20% from the international public vote.

Eurovision Asia 2026 entry:
Composed by the collective's own members, "Tumi Ele" combines traditional Bangladeshi melodic arrangements with a rhythmic soundscape built entirely from beatboxing and vocal layers. Beatmosphere will represent Bangladesh on November 14, 2026, at the One Bangkok Forum.
