Biography

Park Jun-hee, known artistically as JUNHEE, is a South Korean singer, dancer, actor, and songwriter born on June 2, 1994, in Suncheon (South Jeolla Province). He is recognized as the leader and main vocalist of the K-pop boy group A.C.E and for becoming the first-ever representative for South Korea at the Eurovision Asia Song Contest.

Career and beginnings with A.C.E:
At the age of 19, he moved to Seoul to pursue a music career. He was a trainee at renowned agencies such as Jellyfish Entertainment and CJ E&M before joining Beat Interactive. In May 2017, he officially debuted as the leader of A.C.E with the single "Cactus." As part of the quintet, he has stood out for his powerful vocal range and dance skills, in addition to participating in music survival shows like The Unit (KBS) and the musical drama Touch.

National Selection: Korea's Next Wave:
On September 4, 2026, South Korean television held the final of Korea's Next Wave, the official pre-selection event created to choose the country's representative for the Asian contest.

JUNHEE emerged as the winner, taking first place with the song "DEEP DIVE" and prevailing over seven other acts (including Sojeong Shim and Angel Noise) by securing the highest level of support from both the jury and the audience. Eurovision Asia 2026 Journey: The song "DEEP DIVE"—a powerful electronic pop and modern R&B track co-written by JUNHEE himself—was commercially released on global platforms on September 25, 2026. He will represent South Korea in the festival's grand final on November 14, 2026, at the One Bangkok Forum in Thailand.
