Biography
Carmelle, known as one of the emerging voices with the greatest vocal range in Filipino pop and R&B, is a singer, songwriter, and model born in Manila, Philippines. She has established herself in the Asian industry as a versatile artist capable of blending epic ballads with a modern Filipino power-pop (P-Pop) style.
Early Years and Career
Inspired by Filipino music legends such as Regine Velasquez and Sarah Geronimo, Carmelle began competing in local talent contests at a young age. During her teenage years, she gained recognition on digital platforms by performing covers of iconic international pop songs, which led to her first independent recording contract.
Throughout her career, Carmelle has distinguished herself through powerful live performances and appearances at various music festivals across Southeast Asia, positioning herself as one of the most well-rounded contenders to represent Filipino talent abroad.
Eurovision Asia 2026
The Philippines' public broadcaster selected Carmelle as its representative for the inaugural edition of the Eurovision Asia Song Contest 2026 in Bangkok.
With a powerful and emotionally charged song featuring lyrics in both English and Tagalog (OPM / Original Pilipino Music), her entry aims to convey a message of overcoming adversity, resilience, and empowerment. She will perform her song at the Grand Final on November 14, 2026, at the One Bangkok Forum.
