Biography
Violamarie is an 11-year-old Italian singer and performer from the Emilia-Romagna region. She grew up in a family environment where music and art played a prominent role, sparking her artistic calling at a very young age. She began vocal technique and early music education lessons at four, later complementing this training with music theory and dance classes to enhance her stage presence and coordination.
Despite her young age, Violamarie has significant experience in Italian television and children's competitions. Her most notable appearances include the historic Zecchino d'Oro festival and the prime-time show La TV dei 100 e uno on Canale 5. She has also competed in prestigious regional and national contests such as the Tour Music Fest, Sanremo Junior, the Performer Cup, and the Je So Pazzo competition, where she won first prize in the "Baby" category in 2022.
Away from the spotlight, Violamarie attends primary school and leads an active life centered on her daily passions. She devotes much of her free time to piano practice, creating audiovisual content for social media—where she shares covers of her favorite songs—and practicing contemporary dance. Those who know her describe her as an outgoing, dedicated, and cheerful girl who loves photography, traveling with her family, and doing crafts with her schoolmates.
Musically, her influences range from great voices in Italian pop and contemporary music to international pop stars. Her long-term artistic ambition is to establish herself in the music industry as a versatile singer, while also exploring musical theater performance and songwriting. Her entry onto the international stage was confirmed after she was internally selected by San Marino's public broadcaster (SMRTV) to represent the country at the 24th Junior Eurovision Song Contest. For the event taking place on October 24 in Ta' Qali, Malta, Violamarie will perform "Ruota Panoramica" (Ferris Wheel)—a bilingual pop song in Italian and English composed by Emilio Munda, Piero Romitelli, and Denny Montesi that explores emotions, the ups and downs of childhood, and the thrill of viewing the world from up high.

Lyrics
